Swedish Massage: This massage releases tension in a soothing atmosphere and restores the body and mind. The main focus of Swedish massage is to increase oxygen flow in the blood and to release toxins carried in the muscles. Petrissage, Effleurage, and Tapotement accompany this type of massage. This modality shortens recovery time by flushing muscle tissue of lactic and uric acid and other metabolic waste. Can be used with aromatherapy for deeper relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage: This modality is used as a corrective and therapeutic treatment, and focuses on relaxing the deeper layers of the muscle tissue through slower and more intense pressure. Deep tissue massage increases blood flow in the body, reduces inflammation that causes pain, and loosens clusters of tight tissue. Work with your massage therapist to dial in the pressure that gives you the most benefit - each session is tailored to your needs!

Sports Massage: This massage incorporates passive stretching, joint mobilization, and the kneading and manipulation of tired and sore muscles, promoting and speeding the recovery of the muscle tissue. Perfect for athletes of all levels. Please see our Treatments page for further information on the types of rehabilitation we incorporate into our sports massages. Our team offers sports therapy and bodywork from the casual runner to the elite athlete!

Couples Massage: Share space and time with your loved one! Receive tailored massages from our experienced Infinity team members, within the same relaxation room. This is the ultimate in relaxation, and bonds are created within two hearts, minds, and souls. Couples massages are tailored to each client, and incorporate treatments within the same space, to further enhance the benefits of the massage therapy. See pricing below.

Hot Stone Massage: A relaxing massage using warmed basalt stones smoothed over long periods of time…. The warmth from the hot stones allow for the therapist to penetrate deeper into the muscles using less pressure, decreasing aching muscles and increasing circulation. Infinity massage therapists incorporate Lake Superior hot stones to complete this therapy!

Thai massage: Also known as Thai Yoga Massage: A traditional arrangement, uniting assisted yoga postures, Indian Ayurvedic principles, muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure to assist in total body healing. The client is fully clothed in loose, flexible clothing, lying on a mat on the floor. The therapist uses hands, knees, legs, or feet to assist the client into yoga-like positions that correspond with energy lines called “sen” or meridians. Benefits: Thai massage increases circulation and flexibility, boosts energy, decreases stress, and reduces pain, headaches and tension. For athletic lifestyles, Thai massage can increase agility, endurance, and performance while decreasing chance of injury. Thai massage also helps clearyour mind, allowing you to enjoy and maintain the peacefulness felt during the massage.

Prenatal Massage: The mother-to-be is surrounded by cushions for comfort, and gentle massage strokes will relax the changing body. Prenatal cushions are optional, allowing our guest to lie facing down. This massage is completed by a relaxing foot massage and a balancing of the polarities of the body.

Postpartum Massage: The new mom is tucked into one of our warm massage tables, with or without baby present. A perfect chance to recoup in a soothing environment, reduce stress, decrease fluid retention, regulate hormones and improve sleep.

Reflexology: There are reflex points in the hands, feet and ears that correspond to zones, organs and systems in the body. By using accurate pressure, the reflexologist may alleviate anxiety and stress, along with the massage being a good complement to other treatments for those with ailments such as heart disease, cancer patients, asthma, headache

Myofascial Release: Through elongating the fascia, the soft-tissue component of the connective tissue of the body, and using trigger point therapy, kneading, stretching, mobilization, and a number of other techniques, clients will feel release in the deepest physiological sense.  Please see for a descriptive analysis of this modality.

Acupuncture: Acupuncture is a painless process in which thin needles are inserted into specific points of the body in order to stimulate pathways and release blockages. Because Holistic Health is based on the interconnectedness between the physical and emotional body, any lack of balance between the two can result in sickness. Holistic Health upholds the theory that all aspects of the mind, body and spirit need to be in balance; Every person and their experiences are uniquely different and therefore require the specific and individualized treatment that acupuncture can provide.

Cupping: (please note that not all Infinity Team Members to cupping, so call us to request!)  A wonderful ancient tool has found its place in the contemporary world of health care. By creating suction and vacuum pressure, cupping is used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, move deep inflammation to the skin surface for release, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways.
